Claim Ledger Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 4, 2026
Claim Ledger helps you organize claim cases, deadlines, documents, and next steps. This policy explains what the app stores and how limited operational data is handled.
Information stored on your device
Cases, notes, checklist state, deadlines, and activity history that you enter are stored locally on your device. Claim Ledger does not require an account and does not upload your case content to a server.
Analytics and crash reports
The app may send limited technical diagnostics and aggregate workflow events through Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. These events may include app version, platform, and anonymous workflow context. They do not include names, notes, identifiers, medical details, financial details, or claim contents.
External links
Official-source links open in your browser. The privacy practices of those websites are governed by their respective operators.
Your choices
You can delete locally stored data from Claim Ledger's Settings screen. Uninstalling the app also removes its local data according to your device's normal behavior.
