Hatch Batch Clock Privacy Policy

Hatch Batch Clock is a local-first organizer for incubation batches, schedules, reminders, candling observations, and hatch outcomes.

Information stored on your device

Batch names, species or custom schedules, egg counts, dates, observations, notes, outcomes, reminder settings, and backups are stored in the app's private storage. The current release does not require an account or upload these records to a WittyApps server.

Analytics and crash reports

Amplitude may process privacy-limited app events, an app-instance identifier, app version, platform, locale, and coarse device information. Sentry may process crash diagnostics and technical device or operating-system information. These services are configured not to receive batch names, dates, egg counts, observations, notes, outcomes, reminder text, or backup contents.

Advertising

Google Mobile Ads and its consent tools may process advertising identifiers, consent choices, IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, and diagnostics to provide, measure, and limit advertising. You can manage applicable consent choices in the app and device advertising controls.

Purchases

Apple or Google processes transactions. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, product and entitlement status, purchase history, and limited app or device information needed to provide and restore access. WittyApps does not receive full payment-card details.

Reminders, backups, and sharing

Reminders are scheduled locally only after you opt in. Backup and sharing actions occur only when requested; destination services then handle the selected files under their own policies.

Your choices

• Control notifications and advertising consent.
• Export, restore, or delete local records using in-app controls.
• Delete local data by uninstalling, subject to device backup settings.
• Restore eligible purchases through the store.

Retention and children

Incubation records remain on your device until deleted. Technical providers retain their limited data according to their service settings and policies. The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
