Smoker Timeline Privacy Policy

Smoker Timeline is a local-first record for cook timelines, user-entered temperatures, notes, stages, timers, presets, history, and exports.

Information stored on your device

Cook names, temperatures, timestamps, notes, stages, timers, presets, settings, and local history are stored in the app's private storage. The current release does not require an account or upload cook content to a WittyApps server.

Analytics and crash reports

Amplitude may process privacy-limited app events, an app-instance identifier, app version, platform, locale, and coarse device information. Sentry may process crash diagnostics and technical device or operating-system information. These services are configured not to receive temperatures, durations, timestamps, cook names, notes, timer labels, preset content, or exported logs.

Advertising

Google Mobile Ads and its consent tools may process advertising identifiers, consent choices, IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, and diagnostics to provide and measure advertising. You can manage applicable consent choices in the app and device advertising controls.

Purchases

Apple or Google processes transactions. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, product and entitlement status, purchase history, and limited app or device information needed to provide and restore access. WittyApps does not receive full payment-card details.

Timers and exports

Timer notifications are scheduled locally after you request them. PDF and sharing actions occur only when requested; selected destination services then handle the exported file under their own policies.

Your choices

• Control notification and advertising-consent settings.
• Delete local cook history and presets using in-app controls.
• Delete local data by uninstalling, subject to device backup settings.
• Restore eligible purchases through the store.

Retention and children

Cook records remain on your device until deleted. Technical providers retain limited data according to their service settings and policies. The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
