What the app does

The app provides local tools for recording facts and organising evidence about private renting in England. It can help you structure a chronology, check entered dates against general rule information, and create a PDF record from the information you provide.

Not legal advice

The app is an organisational and record-keeping tool, not a solicitor, barrister, adviser, tribunal, court, landlord, agent, or government service. It does not provide legal advice, decide whether a notice is valid, predict an outcome, or guarantee that a landlord, tribunal, court, or other decision-maker will accept a document. Check current official guidance and obtain qualified advice when your situation requires it.

Your responsibility for content

You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and confidentiality of information you enter or import. Do not use the app to upload material you do not have the right to keep or share. Because case data is stored locally, you are responsible for device security and for keeping appropriate backups.

PDF packs and payment

A case PDF pack is an optional one-time purchase for the case selected at the time of purchase. The same person may purchase packs for different cases. The price shown by Apple App Store or Google Play is the price that applies to that transaction; the £9.99 figure is a target reference price and not a promise of a particular local currency price. Payments, refunds, and charge disputes are handled under the relevant store's rules.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app. We do not promise that the app will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every tenancy or dispute. Official rules and guidance can change, so do not rely on an old app result without checking the current source.

Acceptable use

You must not use the app to break the law, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the app or its services, or misrepresent an app-generated record as an official government or tribunal document.
